Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods, processing times may take a little longer. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping & Dispatch
Once your order has been processed, it will be packed and dropped off at the post office for shipment. For standard shipping orders, packages are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated shipping time within the U.S. is 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Double X Apparel ships within the United States only. We are proudly based in Georgia, and we look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have it resent.
Double X Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you as best as possible.
