    • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after your order is placed, unless during high demand then processing times may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

    • Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated shipping times are 5-7 business days within the US after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

    Shipping Rates

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address at check out.

    Shipping Location

    • At this time, Double X Apparel ships within the United States only.

    • We are working towards offering international shipping in the future; any updates will be announced on our website and all social channels.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package.

    • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

  4. Shipping Issues

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

    • If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

    • Double X Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

    Lost or stolen packages

    • For packages lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will try our best to assist. Please get in contact within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help find a solution.
